I moved to Hinsdale with my husband, Nick Riccio and our then baby son, Massimo, in 2018. We were brought to Hinsdale by our work and specifically our Zook house which we fell in love with during house hunting in the western suburbs. Hinsdale has been a great place to raise our son and build our business, Hinsdale Ortho, formerly Klepacki Orthodontics, which has been a Hinsdale staple for over 60 years as one of the original orthodontists in Chicagoland. I am a dual trained and board certified pediatric dentist and orthodontist, which is a rare distinction. I am fortunate to see patients at Hinsdale Ortho with my husband and also own my own pediatric dental offices, Children’s Dentistry Group, in Lake Zurich which I run with two amazing women, and recently Mills & Blair Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Lombard, where I also work with another amazing female pediatric dentist. I like to stay busy! When I’m not in the office seeing patients I love spending time with my family and friends. I also love plants and gardening which became a new hobby over the pandemic shutdown. I’m originally from Oklahoma City- I’m proud of my Okie roots and you’ll see me sporting Cowboy boots regularly. I also like to get back to OKC as much as I can to see family and friends – and the city is booming so it’s fun to see how it’s changing and growing. Animal rescue and raising awareness about adoption has been a long time passion of mine since I was a kid. I have fostered over the years and done a lot of volunteering. Another part about Hinsdale I am grateful for is the amazing Hinsdale Humane Society, and their hard working and compassionate team. We tried to stay as involved as we can, personally and with our businesses. Currently we only have our two cats and two dogs at home, but have fostered frequently and hope to do so again soon.
